श्रेयान्द्रव्यमयाद्यज्ञाज्ज्ञानयज्ञः परन्तप ।
सर्वंकमााखिलं पार्ा ज्ञानेपररसमाप्यते॥ (BG 4.33)
Krishna compares the dravya yajna- the sacrifice of material oblations – with jnana Yajna and declares that, for
cultural self-development, jnana-Yajna is nobler and diviner than mere formalistic ritualism with material offerings (Dravya-Yajna)
As per Gurudev Bhagavad gita give answer to the questions such as: What is the goal of life? How should one live life
so as to achieve that goal? What is God? what is the relationship between God and man?
This center is regularly conducting Jnana Yajnas by making use of the active organizational capacity of Temple
committees. Jnana Yajnas are five days series of 1 1/2 hour public discourses on Bhagavad Gita given by an Acharya
of the Chinmaya Mission.
